Watch Out For

• Welcome and birthday discounts are online-only. You cannot use them at the till. Plan for click-and-collect to avoid delivery headaches.
• Pensioner discount is at the manager's discretion. The 10% applies to "certain products" that vary by branch — it's not a blanket discount on your entire basket.
• Online delivery has a poor reputation. Trustpilot reviews (2.2/5) cite non-delivery, long delays, and difficult refunds. Click-and-collect is the safer option for online orders.
• The Builders Store Card is a credit product, not a loyalty card. Don't confuse it with the free Builders+ membership. It carries interest on unpaid balances.
